About Me
Where and How I work

Sarah Hudson
I’m a fully qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist, registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I offer a warm, safe, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
My core approach is person-centred, which means I listen carefully to what you bring and tailor my work to your unique needs. I integrate different therapeutic models to suit you, drawing on your past, present, and future to help you understand what’s going on and identify ways forward. Together, we’ll work at your pace, in a collaborative and supportive way.
I work with adults and children, supporting a range of issues including anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, relational difficulties, and identity concerns. Whether you're struggling with something specific or facing more general emotional challenges, therapy can provide the space and support you need.
My private practice offers a confidential and comfortable environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever is on your mind. I listen without judgement, helping you build self-understanding, confidence, and a stronger sense of self-worth.
I also bring a corporate background, giving me insight into the pressures and complexities of professional life. I have extensive experience in coaching, supporting people as they navigate the ups and downs of work and career transitions.
As a musician, I can incorporate creativity into the therapeutic process when appropriate. Music and creative activities can be powerful tools for expression, insight, and healing, and I offer them as part of a flexible, client-led approach.
I provide both time-limited and open-ended therapy, with sessions available online (UK-wide) or face to face from my practice in the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire catchment area.
